Fight for your Fitness! 🏆⏰

You got to fight for your fitness.

The reason why you got to fight is because you have a lot of other variables and a lot of outside forces working against your health and well-being, so the mentality you have to have is: you got to be willing to fight.

To fight means that you have to take the aggressive role. Because you are a spirit being, you are going to live forever. But how well you take care of your body determines how long you're going to be here.

So, when your body can no longer be whole and healthy enough to house your spirit, it has to depart—they have to separate. That's called death.

To be killed is when your life is taken away from you, but dying is when you complete your assignment. You want to die, but you don't want to be killed.

And so, what I'm saying is, you got to fight for your fitness. You got to fight for your health so that you can extend your life here in this earth realm.
